This is Peterborough to me! Most of the old train tracks have been removed but their are remnants like this all over the city. Some of the railroad coridors have been converted into walking trails one is even part of the Trans-Canada Walking Path.
Beside this track you can just see a modern car. As you look towards the top of the card you see current road reconstruction behind which is parts of both the old General Electric building and the newer BWXT building. On the left side is whats left of what was once a very busy General Electric Employee parking lot. You can't see them well but if you look hard you can also see some of the old WW2 housing that was built also to support the GE staff.
